8. Product Descriptions and Variations

10.3 By purchasing a membership, you waive your statutory right to a 14-day withdrawal period and agree that service begins immediately upon purchase.

10.5 By purchasing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree: “I understand this membership is non-refundable and agree to the terms.”

10.6 The sale, transfer, or rental of a membership is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

10.7 Membership cards may be delayed due to high volume, political issues, shipping delays, or production constraints.

10.8 You accept that Tersicore is not liable for any delays, losses, or cancellations related to the shipping or production of membership cards or related items.

10.9 While the average production and shipping time for a card is 2 weeks, it may exceed one month due to external circumstances.

10.10 If a card or membership item arrives damaged or defective, contact [email protected] within 15 working days to request a refund or replacement.

11. Auctions

11.1 All auction purchases are final and non-refundable.

11.2 After you customise an item (e.g., size, colour, preferences), it cannot be returned or exchanged.

11.3 Failure to pay within 30 minutes of winning an auction will result in the item being forfeited and your account being banned.

11.4 Because all auction items are customised specifically for the winning bidder, they cannot be resold or reused. You acknowledge and accept this business model when participating.

12. Resale Restrictions

12.1 Tersicore items are sold for personal use only.

12.2 Unauthorised commercial resale, redistribution, or promotional use without written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action or cancellation of orders.
